Let’s talk about hormonal acne 🗣

Hormonal acne can be frustrating, but there are effective ways to manage it! Here are a few tips:

𝟏. 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞:
Consistency is key! Sticking to a daily routine will help you see results, but it will take time. Stay away from TikTok hacks!! Use gentle cleansers and non-comedogenic products to avoid irritation. is a great line and has helped my skin flourish tremendously, so much so that I have used them in my treatment room for the past 3 years. 𝟐. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟:
Avoid touching your face and popping pimples to prevent further breakouts. Leave the extractions to your esthetician and use pimple patches at home. My favorite brand is !

𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝:
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and keep your skin healthy.

𝟒. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬:
Incorporate a balanced diet rich in whole foods, and limit sugar and dairy intake.

1. Stone Crop Cleansing Oil 💧

I use this as a pre-cleanse to remove my makeup. I work it into my skin for a few minutes and let it do it’s thing. It breaks up debris beautifully & ensures I get everythingggg off my face before cleansing!

2. Barbados Cherry Enzyme Cleansing Powder 🍒

This is my 2nd cleanse! If you’re looking for the power of an exfoliant in a gentle cleanser, this is THAT girl 🙌🏼
This cleanser comes in a powder form, and when mixed with water turns into a creamy, foamy texture. It’s super gentle but still resurfaces my skin with its powerful enzyme properties. I like to let it sit for a few minutes to really let it work it’s magic!

3. Clear Skin Probiotic Moisturizer 🌿

This nips my acne in the bud! I love the minty, earthy smell and the probiotics in this really help keep my problem skin in check while providing moisture that lasts all day long.
