A lot of people know me as a massage therapist, and after 22 years in that field I’ve helped many people manage pain and move better. But over the last few years, my focus has grown into something bigger.
After struggling with weight most of my life, and dealing with things like hormones and PCOS, I decided to really take control of my health. At 51, I turned that personal journey into a passion for learning and helping others.
I’ve been studying and earning certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching, while also diving deeper into peptides and holistic hormone balance.
I’m currently building a new website that will bring everything I offer into one place. My goal is to help people who are struggling with the same things I’ve faced and support them in building a healthier lifestyle.
