On Saturday September 11 at 9am EST, I am thrilled to be leading a Virtual Pilates Mat Class to benefit EdPowerment.
This organization does fabulous work bringing educational opportunities to a vibrant community. EdPowerment, according to its mission, is "Anchored in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania, EdPowerment creates educational paths that enable individuals underserved by the formal system to build purpose-filled and secure lives.β The moneys raised from this event together with a live Soul Cycle class in NYC will help EdPowerment continue to cultivate and create the next generation of scholars.
I ask that you join me and give from your heart to support this wonderful cause. The suggested minimal donation is $200 but any amount is welcome and much appreciated. No previous Pilates experience is needed for this all level class.

Ok which spring???? Even as an instructor the minute I hop on an unfamiliar reformer I immediately become a beginner as every machine/ manufacturer is different. This is also a question ππ»ββοΈ I get asked very frequently; what is each worth weight wise. Working on my fitness!!! Even with walking multiple times a day; finding time for dedicated cardio has been hard... thus why in myself and bought a fold up stationary bike π΄πΌ. While not a spin bike; itβs more of a cruiser. It gets me moving!!!
