Meet Our Instructors: Madison Keka

After graduating from Wake Forest University, Madison realized her true passion lies in movement and teaching. After practicing Reformer Pilates for 4+ years and taking 1,000+ classes, she completed a 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program and continues sharing her love.

She is passionate about helping build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection through intentional movement. She believes Pilates is a practice transforming the way people show up for themselves, and continues to learn and deepen her understanding.

Q: What inspired you to start Classical Pilates?
My training began in Contemporary Pilates, but I was always drawn to the Classical method. After searching, I found the opportunity to deepen my classical education at Endurance with Julie. I love its structure, precision, and intention, and it has greatly enriched my teaching.

Q: What brought you to Boston?
I’m from Milton and spent much of my life in the Boston area. Being close to family and lifelong friends is important, and I love the energy, strong sense of community, and the inspiration it brings.

Q: How would you describe your teaching style?
Supportive, energetic, and approachable. I focus on building a strong foundation while offering progressions for continued growth. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels empowered in their practice.

Q: How has Pilates changed the way you think about movement or wellness?
It helped me build strength, balance, confidence, and a deeper mind-body connection. It’s become a key part of my lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

Q: What is your favorite Pilates exercise and why?
The Teaser because it combines strength, control, and balance. I love helping clients work toward it and seeing their progress through each stage of the journey.

Q: Outside of Pilates, what are some of your hobbies?
I enjoy going on long walks, especially during Boston summers. I also love supporting my boyfriend at Red Sox games, trying new restaurants (I love sushi!), traveling, spending time with family and friends, and going to the beach.

The body holds everything.

Thirty years of working with the physical body at its deepest level. The intuitive and energetic work is the natural extension — what becomes possible when you’re ready to go further than movement alone can take you.

After thirty years of working, one thing becomes undeniable: the physical and the energetic are not separate.

When you’re searching for a layer waiting to be reached, that’s where Intuitive Healing begins. Bringing a deeper level of energetic care weaving together 30 years of body intelligence with Reiki, Akashic Record Readings, Tarot, and Mindfulness.

It’s a personalized conversation between you and what your system is ready to release. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, dealing with chronic stress, or just curious—we meet you exactly where you are.

Ready to go beyond the movement?

The body remembers. So does the work.

The body holds far more than muscle and bone. It carries history, experience, and memory. Trauma lives in the nervous system—not just the mind. And for those whose bodies carry the weight of injury, loss, or life experiences, movement should be approached with understanding.

It is about creating conditions where choice is restored and your body’s wisdom is honored. Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic tension or seeking a practitioner who understands the depth of healing—the work will meet you exactly where you are.

Thoughtful instruction makes all the difference 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions about Pilates is that it's just another fitness trend — fast-paced movement, endless repetition, and pushing through without understanding the body.

At Endurance, we believe quality instruction changes everything. Our teaching is rooted in attention, precision, and guidance — helping clients to understand not just what they're doing, but why they're doing it.

Because movement should feel intentional. Supported. And built around your body and you.
