ＴＨＥ ＰＲＯＢＬＥＭ：

When she came to see me, she’d been getting partial highlights but never felt quite blonde enough. Her highlights looked great on top, but they weren’t connected to enough lightness through the ends, so the overall result still felt darker than she wanted.

ＴＨＥ ＳＯＬＵＴＩＯＮ：

Since we weren’t tied to the same placement she’d been getting before, we were able to shift the focus. By adding lightness where it would actually make a difference, we connected her highlights from root to end and created a brighter result that she can continue building on over time.

It’s kind of funny that I spend hours with my clients, and by the end of the appointment we’ve usually talked about everything.

Somewhere between the foils and the blow dry, we’ve usually covered just about every topic (real and hypothetical)
