STIFF UPPER BACK CLUB 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ This one’s for you. When the thoracic spine—a fancy term for the mid back (think base of your neck to bottom of your ribs) doesn’t get the TLC it deserves, it can often become overly tight. Hunched posture, stagnant lifestyle, and sedentary occupations are a huge contributor to this.
