Today was a great and important day for me‼️
I haven't competed in many years, for a reason...

I found my new passion for CrossFit 6 month ago. I gained 5 pounds of muscles and lost 1.5% bodyfat. This wasn't easy physically and mentally but so much fun and rewarding. I feel as great as I never felt before. The community at is just simply amazing and so supportive, fun, motivating and yet pushing.
Able to participate in my first competition today was simply awesome and I can do it again. To have my husband here to support me and being proud of me, even better🥰
I didn't do as good as I wanted in a few events, but better than I thought in others! Overall super happy.
And this picture captures exactly how I feel.
Stronger than ever, but defeated at the end😅💪💪

What's more to say, it's VEGAS 😂
It's amazing, yet crazy city with super nice and polite people!
I lost all money I was willing to lose lol, so I won't do it again here🤪

Can we acknowledge for a second that living in your 30's can be pretty hard🤗

In your 20's you create dreams and make plans what you would like to do. Until you get 30 and you find yourself in the situation of making life changing decisions.
Marriage? Yes, No.
Career? Yes, No. If you picked one, is it what you would like to do longer-term?
Kids? Yes, no.
You always hear from people "you're so young, you have your whole life infront of you" but when it comes to kids, you're getting old pretty quickly 🙄
The society expects from you to suddenly have so much money. Invest your money, buy a home, save money, take care of your retirement, nobody ever asks if you can afford kids or a big wedding. It's all given somehow. 🤔

Many conversations with friends made me post this. Don't let people or society dictate your life. Your pace and your decisions are part of YOUR life❤️. And they are good as they are. Don't let them pressure you into something you don't feel comfortable with.

Be and who you are. And people or family don't always have to support your decisions or like what you do. It's totally ok. You grow with all good and not so good decisions you make. Just .
And you're good the way you are. You're always being loved by someone🥰

I think everybody has those days when you wake up and you're just off and there is no explanation really why or sometimes you do know why but don't know how to just snap out of it and you'll just have quite long days.🥴
It's ok to not feel yourself everyday, just accept it‼️(repeat this as often as needed) There is nothing wrong. Also, it's good when you talk about your feelings and let it out, it'll free you and often helps when you say it out loud what is bothering you. BUT only to people whose intention it is to lift you up and not to drag you down or even to get a benefit out of your situation. But to find these people takes time and effort! Btw, having one life friend is a 100% better than having a large group of just good time friends. How many friends you have says absolutely nothing about you!
And lastly know that you're always being loved more than you ever know! ❤️
