Initial consultation consists of a medical background questionnaire physical examination of the foot and lower extremities and patient history. Information is gathered about current health concerns and any ongoing diagnosis as well as a medication review.

The assessment is followed up with a full foot care service including Callus reduction, nail trimming; corn or bunion treatment as needed skin treatments in circulation massage. Foot photographs are taken before and after in and I’ll follow up visitations for the client records to record progress with the recommended action plan including any follow up recommendations for physical care.

And addition to the hands-on services a full line of silicon-based pressure point release for conditions of fallen arches, metatarsal and bunion pain relief.

What is a Certified Master Pedicurist (CMP) C.Pod
Registered Trademark.

A (CMP) is someone who has successfully graduated from the Podology degree program at the North American School of Podology.
(CMP)/C.Pod are specifically trained in the area of structural issues of the foot, diseases and skin disorders. Expertise includes the care and treatment of calluses, corns, bunions, hammer toes, involuted toenails, fungus, pressure points, circulation and a specialty in Diabetic foot care.

A treatment will start with an evaluation and assessment of your current foot health, including a medication review and health history.Your appointment will also include a treatment of your foot and lower leg that may include help with cracked heels, calluses, massage to increase circulation, a sensitivity test, trimming of toenails, and any skin treatment as needed.
We can help to correct involuted or ingrown toenails, giving you an alternative to surgery.
A (CMP) is also trained in infection control and can deal with any skin conditions, infections or fungus.
We also help with topics such as bio-mechanics, gait, pressure point analysis and assist you in picking supports or orthotics.
A (CMP)/C.Pod are highly trained in the area of understanding lymphatic problems of the lower extremities, circulation and diabetic foot syndrome.
Diabetic foot infections is the number one cause of loss of limbs for diabetic patients and should be monitored closely

This is a major difference in “Fluff and Buff” and a Certified Master Pedicurist. Our Nail Technicians are licensed and can work on hands as well.
