42. ✨
This year changed the way I understand success.
Not just professionally.
Physiologically.
I spent the last year studying what actually creates transformation in people:
safety, presence, energy, connection, and the environments that allow humans to exhale instead of perform.
Somewhere between corporate leadership development, trauma-informed sound healing, yoga teacher training, and building Hollow Bone Wisdom… I realized my life’s work was never meant to fit into one industry.
It’s about helping people regulate, reconnect, and rise.
This year looked like:
• building wellness experiences from the ground up
• leading with both strategy and intuition
• studying neuroscience like it was a second language
• learning that burnout is not a badge of honor
• and discovering that the most magnetic people in the room are rarely the loudest
Behavior science taught me something powerful:
People remember how your presence makes them feel long before they remember what you said.
So this next chapter?
Less performance.
More resonance.
Less proving.
More alignment.
Also worth noting:
I’ve officially become the woman who can turn almost any conversation into one about the nervous system. There are worse personality traits. 🤍
42 feels grounded.
Clear.
Intentional.
And strangely… just the beginning.
Still building.
Still becoming.

A 16-year-old student from Limpopo, South Africa, has received attention for a safety device she designed. Her name is Bohlale Mphahlele. She created the idea for a device called the "Alerting Earpiece." It is a small device shaped like an earring. The goal is to help people in dangerous situations.
She got the idea because of high crime rates and gender-based violence in South Africa. She wanted to design something small, simple, and easy to use.
The design includes a small camera, a GPS tracker, and an alert button. The idea is that the user can press a hidden button. The device would then take a photo of the attacker. It would also send the user's location to trusted contacts and emergency services.
