No Blender Smoothie Bowl🥣
Sometimes I’m in a pinch or I’m up way earlier than everyone else so using th blender might not be an option. I like to use coconut yogurt as my base to blend a perfect smoothie bowl for the right consistency.
Here are the details:
▪️non-dairy Coconut yogurt— i like the GTS brand, I buy it from Whole Foods
▪️Chocolate Protein
▪️1 tbsp of chia seeds
▪️ 1 tsp of almond butter
Mix all together and top with fruit, goji berries and pumpkin seeds!

It’s Taco Tuesday! Tonight we had our choice of toppings. I made ground beef with taco seasoning for the family with a side of zucchini and for myself, I made a portobello mushroom style taco. 🌮
30 Minute Meal + Simple and Clean Ingredients
Siete Tortilla Chips with Late July Salsa
Toppings:
Freshly Diced Tomatoes, Lettuce, Avocado
Taco Style Shredded Cheese and Organic Sour Cream
Garden of Eating Hard Taco Shells
Grass Fed Ground Beef
Flavor God Taco Seasoning
Portobello Mushroom with olive oil and flavor god seasoning
Sliced Zucchini and baked with olive oil, Himalayan salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Topped with nutritional yeast for me and shredded cheese for the fam. {bake at 400 degree for 30 min}
Salmon Noodle Bowl
Baked Salmon marinated in honey, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos and olive oil with a hint of pepper.
Salad is chopped Napa cabbage, celery, carrots, kale mixed in with broccoli and mushrooms.The noodles are Palmini to make it a low carb option.
Dressing I love using primal kitchen ginger sesame.
Topped with some green onions and sesame seeds.
Simple, clean and healthy dinner option.

I recommend purchasing versatile, healthy and clean products on a weekly basis as this will allow you to make the most of your meals and budget.

Hello Everyone!! How is everyone doing? As you can tell I love nutrition and ways to taking care of myself, one of them being able to include a workout session everyday. Over the weekend my husband and I decided to stay home all day on Sunday.
