It’s 2025 y’all and no excuse for messy sections! I’m so passionate about this topic for so many reasons and I’m about to tell you all about.

For stylists - this is so important for the health of your clients hair. If you have any cross hairs in your section it can cause lots of tension and damage. Same if your beads are too tight or if you have too much or too little hair in each section. Overall, having a clean section makes it so much safer and comfortable for your client and makes your install go much smoother!

Extension wearing girlies - it’s so important to find a stylist who cares about this and keeps up on their education. The goal is not to HAVE to wear extensions forever. If you’re getting installs done that is causing damage you’re never going to get to go extension free. This goes for wefts, k tips, tapes, etc! If it’s messy, or too thick, or too much hair on top of your natural it can cause severe damage and hair loss. It’s worth the extra money to get a good install, trust me 🫣
