ATTENTION!!!! New policies effective immediately!!!
I no longer have online booking, ALL appointments will be booked through me. I deactivated my account through square, so I no longer have any way to take cards. I will be cash, venmo, or PayPal ONLY! All reminder texts will still go out but will come from my phone number instead of the automated message app. My cancellation policy will remain the same, less than 24hour notice, 50% off total appointment will be owed in order to rebook said appointment. No call no show appointments will owe 100% of missed appointment in order to rebook. I appreciate all of the patience lately with the chaos around here! I hate to have to make this post again, but with the amount of last minute cancellations I have had in the last couple weeks I feel like I need to readdress my cancellation policy.
Any appointment cancelled under 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked.That will need to be paid before I will book you another appointment.
No call no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. That will need to be paid for before I will book you another appointment.
