It’s 18° and blowy. Those pretty little calendula flowers have been scattered all over the neighborhood as I try and take fun IG photos. And now my hands are cold and will probably crack and bleed if I don’t do something to protect them. Good thing I’ve got this handy dandy, herbal-infused healing salve to prevent painful winter hands😉 You should probably order some too… 💛

Working with plants as a colorant is always an interesting process. When I first mixed this batch of geranium rose soap, using madder root powder as my colorant, this soap was a dull beige color (swipe right to see pic). But when heat, O2, and time have done their work, a lovely shade of mauve creeps in and takes over.

I love that I can capture this beautiful shade of pink in a bar of soap, using only what Mother Nature has provided. 💕

Good luck losing these guys in the bottom of your purse. Our half ounce lip balms go a looooong way and bonus points for being easy to find in your backpack or purse. They come in mint and unscented and you can find them through the link in bio💋

Harnessing the power of the ☀️ in this lil jar right here. Calendula and yarrow are two incredible healing herbs that we solar infuse into organic olive oil. This herb-boosted oil is the base for our salves and lip balm, giving our products a little something “extra” 💪🏼🌱

This lavender loaf is colored purple using plants! Alkanet and Madder root powders color this loaf a cool gray, but as it cures, the gray changes to a deep purple, giving this lavender loaf it’s signature purple topping.
