As hairstylists, and honestly as humans, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else.

But your health, your energy, and your happiness matter too.

Success means nothing if you’re too exhausted to enjoy it.

I finally learned that resting is productive, balance is essential, and taking care of myself is not selfish.

Our salon mantra is doing it for ME, it’s time I take my own advice 🤪
