J.U.S. ANOUNCEMENT 🗣:

We were selected as winners of the x contest. This contest requested that salons over the country display how they are LBGTQ+ friendly and inclusive. We entered the contest assuming it would be a long shot. Luckily with some originality and creativity from our clients’ posts they were able allow the voters to feel the atmosphere we create. It is not one based on judgment but more passion full and appreciating. Our wonderful staff prides themselves on making you feel at home. The J. to U.S. has spent her career making our clientele feel like family. This reward is a testament to her 30+ years in the industry building strong relationships and treating people like people no matter sexual preference, gender or race. She has built our welcoming salon from the ground up and we hope you can “J.U.S” come visit and experience the love in person. ♥️🏳️‍🌈🏴🏳️🇵🇷🇺🇸♥️

Hello Friends, Clients & Potential Clients.

First off we are extremely happy to be back and legally operational.

Here are our new regulations for the forseeable future:

Appointments must be scheduled. We will not be allowing anyone to walk into the salon while operating on clients. This includes children, friends and/or family. If they are not scheduled they will not be permitted in.

You will receive a call or text when to enter the salon.

When arriving for your appointment you will be pre-screened. We will be taking temperatures and asking a few questions.

Legitimate masks will be required and must be on at ALL TIMES in the salon. No Exceptions!

Some services will not be available during this time which we apologize in advance for.

-Blow drying of any kind
-Waxing that requires removal of mask (facial, chin & lip)
-Beard/facial hair work

Our waiting area will be closed.

Magazines, color books, condiments and our coffee bar will not be available. Clients are encouraged to bring their own stuff in with them if they feel the need.

Prices may will vary. This will occur if clients require more work and more product than usual.

Hello Everyone!!!! Great news!!!’
Our Salon will officially open on Monday June 29th 2020. We will be operating with new guidelines and restrictions. We know that everyone is anxious to get in ASAP and we’ll try our best to accommodate all our clients. We just ask for your patience and understanding as we move forward going into our “new normal” on behalf of Josefina’s Unisex Salon
