After alot of consideration I have came to a tough decision to quit doing hair! As many of you know I have had many health issues lately and many doctors have suggested me quit working. I tried to avoid quitting but I have attempted to work multiple times without succeeding! I have had to leave every day I have worked in the last month due to my health issues! I appreciate everyone of my clients in supporting me over the last 34 years! This has been one of the toughest decisions I have ever had to make and I hope everyone understands! Hey everyone! Lakyn here,
We just wanted to hop on here and post an update for everyone!
The shop at exit 10 will be closing down. Don’t worry tho we will still be in Business! Starting this week Louetta and I will be at Salon 31 in Bristol, right down the road to where we previously were at.
With all of Louetta’s health issues we have decided this is our best option for the both of us! It will defiantly takes lots of stress off of Lou and we all know that’s what needs to happen!

We appreciate all of you supporting us and look forward to seeing you at our new spot🙂

Well, my bad luck hits again, BUT I always try to find the blessing in it all & it could have been much worse. So... I had a baker's cyst (for a couple of years) that normally is no big deal & causes no problems WELL of course I have odd things happen. They are 90% sure the cyst ruptured. I had as much pain as when I broke my ankle. I was determined to not go to the ER last night. I went to an Orthopedic doctor this morning & they put me in a brace & off my leg for at least a week possibly two. They need to make sure that's what has happened & there is no ligament or tendon damage. If we don't see a big difference by Friday I will be having an MRI. I am so sorry for any inconvenience but I will have to cancel all appointments for this week at least. Please message us if you have an appointment this week to let us know you have seen this. Lakyn will be happy to get you on her schedule if you like. I will reschedule you as soon as the Drs. Release me to return to work.
