Meet the Team: Kevin

Kevin builds relationships.

Since becoming a professional barber in 2006, Kevin has been dedicated to his craft—always learning, improving, and making sure every client who sits in his chair leaves looking their best and feeling even better.

His favorite haircut? The modern mullet. It combines detailed shear work with precision clipper work, making it one of his favorite ways to showcase his creativity and technical skill.

If you've ever sat in Kevin's chair, you already know his goal isn't just a great haircut it's making sure every client feels comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.

• Sunday: 9 AM – 3 PM (Sensory Sundays & regular appointments)
• Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM

Haircuts for C**ton have always been a major struggle for him. We had tried a few different places/barbers and it would always take 3-4 of us to cut his hair. Something that really was traumatizing all of us. So a few years ago I decided to start just cutting it at home. C**t loves water so I actually just cut it in the bathtub with Eric's help. He also has gotten very particular about the haircut. He will let me cut the sides but not the top/back so it turns into quite the battle, which is why he's just been rocking a mullet for a while now. C**ton has been doing a lot of big things the last 6+ months so we thought it would be good to try a haircut in a shop again.
We met Kevin The-Barber Smith through his fiancé and my friend from high school. They have an autistic son just like C**ton, and Kevin started doing "Sensory Sunday's" at in Brookhaven. I knew if we were going back into the shop again that he'd be the perfect barber to bring C**t to with the experience he has. I'm so glad we did because it came out great and Kevin had so much patience, compassion, understanding, and didn't get upset by C**ton becoming disregulated during the cut.
