After having a baby, or several, (or even for men) after stomach / abdominal surgeries, it is possible to have your abdominal muscle have separated.

When this happens it is hard to do core/ab workouts and achieve the results you think will happen. The issue is that the organs behind the abs are not being held in anymore and pushing the abs apart.

The message on the front I felt was one so empowering that I had to frame it for all and share it in the affirmation of knowing this of themselves, while concealing the personal hand wrote message that gives me joy to know I am helping others grow and develop as they are helping me.

Its looking revamped, been redecorated, vibrant, smooth vibes. There is New services added to the Menu, with much more in store. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive through the years, especially recent events that’s happened. Thank you all and God bless you for helping a small business, single mother keep going strong in all her hard work to provide for her children. Today is a victory, success in all the goals I set out to do and achieve, still many more to accomplish. I will stand strong and be everything I am because I owe it to those of you who taught me the best and had all the best in mind for me too. We succeed in helping others in themselves.
