I did a thing.....

I am the Queen of clowns... let's go make some rumble!!!... who's with me??

Healing doodling session with a friend. It started with me doodling on their leg, making patterns and flowing. Then, 'the creature' within wanted to come out. First, 'anxiety' came out... we gave it a name and "tools" and told it to go all the way down to the feet to play with the toys we gave him (my preferred way to deal with anxiety is to acknowledge it and send it to a safe place... I love talking about this). While doodling, I felt like drawing something with wings, they said a dragon (I saw parts eagle, part human and part dragon). I liked the eyes and all the friends around them... some are close and some are far, some haven't met yet and some will come later.
I'm not a therapist.
I'm an energy player and channel my energy through painting and doodles plus the connection I make with my subject. I make them about them and paint their feelings. Sometimes, I feel those feelings and help them get released. I'm learning about this. If you have any insight, I'd love to chat.
