Mindset is everything! Your thoughts manifest into actions so be careful of what you believe!
A forty five minute run + 15 push-ups at ever other bench. I lost count after the 8th bench. Now some dynamic stretching! Wish I would have brought my foam roller with me from NY.

My philosophy when it comes to training is do more of what you don't like doing or what you're not going at (usually they are linked) After my martial Arts days I paid little attention to my legs because to me they already were powerful. But not anymore!
Another leg day done! Paid some extra attention to those glutes also! To make sure they salute!
