This year, we have had the privilege of working with educators, students, caregivers, principals, district leaders, and school communities across New York City through teacher appreciation events, professional development workshops, leadership development, student wellness experiences, MTSS-aligned initiatives, and parent engagement programs.

One thing has become very clear:
When adults learn to regulate their nervous systems, students benefit too.
