Excited to announce the first of many pop-ups at Salon 🤍 Celebrate this Valentine’s Day with a forever keepsake by hand-poke tattoo artist .christofferson who is a long-time friend and client. She even created a few Salon inspired flash designs for the weekend. Can’t wait to see you 💘

The baby blue comb bath mat of my dreams. designed this using my favorite wide tooth comb as a template. It’s made out of one of the rug’s from the (Salon)Study library pop-up which was originally carpet remnants, so the comb is this rugs 3rd life cycle. Available for local pick up in BK for $62.

I have been looking for plastic free hair products for maaaaany years. I have hope the hair industry will catch up to more sustainable product development and I’ve tried almost everything in the market. Some of them I really love and recommend but none compare to what Sandor is doing. Sandor is developed by a hairdresser and in my opinion, it’s REALLY hard for any hair care line to really be on par with a hairdresser developed brand. Product testing only goes so far without hairdressers at the forefront and Sandor honestly has it all for me.

Here’s what I love about what’s inside the bottles:
- shampoo + conditioner smells amazing
- shampoo doesn’t strip hair
- clean (for the body and earth) ingredients
- conditioner is rich yet not heavy

Here’s what I love about the bottles themselves:
- aluminum bottle AND reusable pump
- product only travels a 517 mile journey from manufacturing to distribution
- shipping packaging is zero-waste and 100% home compostable, recycled and printed with algae ink

Soft opening the new space this weekend with a shampoo bowl, a chair, hair kit, shop dog and all the best vibes from everyone who is coming through. We’re doing the build out in stages and the next phase includes our epic bookshelves for the Study library 📚 I can’t wait!!! 😊
