We are excited to announce that we are reopening our doors May 9th! Here are a few quick guidelines for your safety and sanitary comfort:
-Please don't come if you or any of your family members are/feel sick.
-Be considerate to the service provider when making appointments if you have been traveling or have not been in quarantine for at least 2 weeks.
-Do not bring any guests to your services. This includes children.
-We are by an appointment basis only so please be at most ten minutes early or on time. We cannot afford too many people in the building, and being late is against our policy.
-You must bring in your own face mask. Clients are not permitted in our room without a mask, and we ask that you keep it on for the entire service.
-We do not accept cash or check payment. We do accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
-The service provider will be signing for your transaction when checking out to limit the amount of contact between clients.
-Clients are required to fully shower if they are coming in for a body treatment.
-Upon arrival staff and clients will be asked to wash their hands, and remove their shoes at the entrance.
*Any client who fails to follow our temporary guidelines will be fully charged and refused service.*

Here is a check list for choosing a good waxing salon:
1. Make sure the providers licenses for waxing are on display.

2. Make sure you fill out a client questionnaire
asking you about allergies, medicine you take,
and conditions you may have.

3. Is the facility clean and well-lit?
Does it have hot and cold running water and bathroom facilities?
Before you lie down on a table or bed, make sure it's been cleaned and the technician wears gloves during the procedure.

5. Is the waxing pot clean? Or does it have wax all over it.
Waxing sticks should not be used on more than one person, that means there’s no double dipping the spatula in the wax pot.

6. Are instruments like scissors and tweezers being disinfected between clients?
Or being put back in a drawer.

7. Avoid the type of wax warmed rollers,
they are extremely difficult to clean in between clients,so chances are they aren't.

There’s no replacement for hygiene and cleanliness,
especially where your health and skin are concerned. :)

Yes, you can get waxed if you are on your cycle. However, if you are concerned the increased hormone activity will make you more sensitive, spare yourself from extra pain by avoiding waxing during those days. 😉
