We’re currently experiencing an unexpected plumbing emergency at London’s Beauty Experts. Due to this, we’ve had to shut off our water and will need to pause services for the time being.

We are working as quickly as possible to get everything fixed and hope to reopen later today, depending on repairs.

Appointment Arrival Policy

To ensure every client receives the full service and consultation time, all clients must arrive on time for their appointment.

• Late arrivals will need to be rescheduled.
• Our schedule is fully booked and does not allow time to accommodate late clients.
• We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and discuss your service.
