I proudly acknowledge one of my dearest friends, who has accomplished outstanding achievements. She graduated from Brownwood, moved to Dallas, Texas, and commenced her career as a Police Officer. Through determination and hard work, she advanced in rank and retired as a Lieutenant. Regina Smith impressively solved the 'Eyeball Killer' serial killer case.
