Our USPS and FedEx problems are still not getting better🤦‍♀️
Our local news stations did a segment to see if locals complaints late packages is really as bad as locals are stressing about. King 5 shipped a package to a sister company in Houston. Their package not only took 29 days to deliver from WA to TX, but it showed up damaged 🤦‍♀️ In the interview with the manager @ the Seattle PO, he confessed it looked as if it was likely ran over and yet they shipped it out anyway🤦‍♀️
I shipped a package to my daughter at college in IL that we've been tracking and waiting to deliver for over a month! Finally they marked it as lost, but yesterday received a certified letter I had a "return to sender" a package I needed to come down and sign for. It was her package! I'm grateful it was found, and I can send it back out, but there's no notations as to why it was returned, and it's in good shape! So I am totally left stumped! I expressed my my frustrations yesterday about my packages sitting without being scanned for days, late deliveries, lost packages then re-appearing after I've spent money on replacing everything. I did get an actual answer this time! Because WA State has a vaccine mandate, employers have had to let go of any employees who won't get vaccinated everywhere here. And I guess our post offices are extremely short staffed because of it. Like badly short staffed. So that's that 😔 one of the posts offices I use are so short staffed they stopped pickups.

Because of this I have to make things right for you guys! So I will be working longer days & filling orders as quickly as possible & shortening my processing time to 2-4 business days starting this Friday! After all pending orders are completed. And because I can't promise transit times I am paying for everyone's shipping on ALL US 🇺🇸 orders!Thank you all for being so great! In 3 yrs of being open I have never had someone yell or get upset about anything! That means I have the kindest customers a business owner can ask for! 😭❤

Charlotte's Web & Gracie's Unicorn's are about to be posted up shortly. So I thought this would be the perfect time to put a little disclaimer, and a little teaching, about our littles, fragile skin.
Gracie's Unicorn's especially, will be very appealing to the littles, and I want them all to enjoy bathtime with this soap! But I want to educate all you parents or grandparents out there first.
There is a structural difference between baby, kid, and teen skin.
Baby: the most fragile. Baby & young children's skin is made up of different cells than our adult skin. Their epidermis is 30% thinner than ours making it less resilient. It is loosely attached apposed to out tight sealed epidermis making them sensitive to environmental factors & skincare. The first year is the most fragile time our skin is developing. Be careful with their skin!
Young children & teen skin: though the epidermis is tighter, is no longer at that 30%, the child/tween/teen skin can still be very fragile. Hormones start also playing a huge factor in changes to their skin. Acne starts, you see more rashes with products they have forever used, and suddenly are sensitive or allergic. Always talk your child into a patch test before full lather or they could spend the day or night being doped up with benadryl!

My own skin is between baby & child. I have extremely delicate skin. I am actually unable to use anything with CBD, H**p, anything from cannabis. Internally or externally. It took me awhile to figure this out, CBD is great for pain topically and ingested! But after a couple days I am covered in painful hives from face down. I don't even mess with h**p at all anymore.

One of my grandbabies has tried several of our soaps, she has sensitive red head skin, and has never had a reaction. That's not us saying your baby or child won't. Please still do a patch test. Do a patch test with all skincare. For yourself as well!

To wrap this up - our mom & dad customers love spoiling their kids with our soaps! It's My Party and now DoughNutz are a big hit with the littles! They love the fun look & the scents! I think Gracie's Unicorn's may top the list!

We believe no question is a dumb question. I remember being an little girl, and always to scared to ask question. I had fear of sounding dumb & being incredibly shy all the way up to the 7th/8th grade. I did finally come out of my shell and now nobody can shut me up 😉
I encourage all you, my customers, future customers, followers, to ask me all the questions you have about what you are putting on your skin, or anything you want to know! Even prices like this question! I encourage you all to ask all skincare retailers questions, especially, when it's a question about the product itself. Remember our skin is our most noticeable attribute, and also our largest organ! Treat it kindly with what you allow it to wear and make sure it glows in the sunshine ❤

Whipped Soaps can be easy to make!
Especially if the person crafting it uses a pre-made base. Which many do, I even do when my arthritis is to much to handle to make a new bulk amountof my base. When I do use a pre-made, I use one that uses the exact method & ingredients I do. But when from scratch, this soap does take a lot of time. I also spend a lot of time mixing up fragrances. I design and print all my own labels, and we label the jars ourselves. I use a variaty of the finest ingredients one can purchase, and I use more extracts, butters and oils than most do with their whipped soaps. Ingredients are expensive. So I total in - - time + ingredients + containers + jar + product. I add the made with love for free 🥰😉

Last night, I finished up the tail ends of two new last !

I have not been able to get on Etsy, Instagram, Facebook, or just the internet period! Not even Google since about 10 last night! I got a slight barely even a signal , briefly, to respond to 2 messages on Etsy this morning and just barely made it through before it crashed!
So I will do my best to get these new soaps posted up later today!
Our power went out twice this last hour so crossing my fingers it doesn't go out permanently for the rest of the day! The wind is picking up!

You guys! Great news! Yesterday after posting my fragrances were running even more late, that evening, same day we got notice from FedEx that my box was still not in Washington, my package showed up on my porch!
And they ALL smell divine! I cannot wait to mix them up and make new fragrances for BNN! They are not only blends of different notes for this coming they are in-between fall & & a bunch, and I mean a bunch of year round, forever's new to I have been formulating from brain to pen to paper for weeks of what I want to blend names! And I want to give a try while still making it my own by altering it a tad! Dupes don't always work no matter how hard I try, and sometimes I have to go search straight to a vendor with the same, belief of keeping free and keeping out of everything. Although subtracting DEP can make fragrances not last as long, I am willing to take the risk of losing a customer than hurting their health. I work with these fragrances every single day, and I am already a walking medical disaster! So I don't want to risk my own health. I also do what I can to keep it as as I can.. I study each SDS ( safety data sheet ) and make sure they are IFRA compliant. I keep a copy of each fragrance of all it's IFRA and SDS paperwork, so if any of you ever want a copy to be sure it meets your standards as well, I always have them handy and happy to send! I want to also add, in the 4 years of making products for people other than myself, I have never been told that a client has had any sort of allergic reaction or sensitivity yet! Not saying it hasn't happened, but if it has, I have not been told 😊 which means I provided exactly what I wanted to provide. Sensitive skin products for all sexes, gender neutral, and all skin colors! Products for sensitive skin but with fragrance 💕. I went YEARS with everything I used being "unscented" and I hated it. I wanted to dress my skin with fragrance like everyone else! And for 7 years now I finally am able! And I have so many options to choose from because I get to blend them with help of my vendors!
