We are excited to announce that Taylor Rybak has been promoted to Sr. Quality Manager!

In her new role, Taylor will lead Safetec’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations, overseeing quality strategy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. She will also continue to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee development and help ensure the successful launch and maintenance of high-quality products.

We are excited to welcome Diane Heerdt to the Safetec team as our new Quality Assurance Supervisor! Diane brings extensive experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing companies throughout Western New York along with a strong background in quality systems and cGMP compliance.

In this role, Diane will oversee daily Quality Assurance activities, support continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. She will also support quality systems initiatives and help maintain compliance with cGMP requirements across the organization.
