Ashley Kindland: Meal Prepping Resource Group

Here is a glimpse at one of our meals when some of our friends came to stay from out of town!

We enjoyed chips and dip, spinach puffs, and pork and chicken salad sliders. Everyone was able to go back for seconds and we still had a few leftovers for the fridge!💕

Better late than never!

Here is the breakdown for our bi-weekly meal prep! These prices include full packages- not just what we used for these two weeks! With this meal prep I was able to do all our meals for these two weeks, include several nights of entertaining guest, and put six separate meals in the freezers.

We also have several portions of chicken thighs, pork chops, and pork loin that were able to go in the freezer as well. 🙂

I will work on getting the recipes for these two weeks together and posted either tomorrow or Friday!

Happy Monday, everyone! As we get this page up and rolling, I’d like to share a very important resource with you all. As we go through our meal planning, I will be pulling from items that we have canned throughout the year. While canning is not required for you to follow along with our meal prep, it will help cut cost significantly! Below is our family’s canning handbook for the year. This includes everything I hope to store for the year, the amount I hope to can, the required ingredients for each item, and a QR code to the recipes on how to can these items. 🙂

**While most of these QR codes and recipes link you to approved canning sites and recipes, there are several non-approved recipes included. Please use your own judgement and only can what you are comfortable with. As with all canned foods, items should be thoroughly inspected before using.**
