In compliance with California’s Covid-19 regulations for salons and barber shops, there are some changes as to how your appointment will look. We are required by law to abide by these regulations in order to operate our business, therefore we kindly ask that you remain patient and understanding as these changes are only temporary.

All clients will be given a disposable face mask to be worn the entire time inside the salon (No Mask, No Entry, No Service.)
Beverage service has been limited to bottled water only.
Please do not bring your friends, family, or pets with you to your appointment as they will be asked to wait outside. We are allowed a maximum of 10 people inside the salon at a time, including employees.
Hand Sanitizer will be provided at every station for use throughout your appointment.
Clients are subject to be screened upon arrival to check for Covid-19 symptoms (If you are experiencing any symptoms prior to your appointment, please inform your stylist as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled. Any client showing symptoms or fever will be asked to leave immediately.)
Shampoos and Blow drying have been limited to necessary appointments only. This means haircuts will no longer include shampoo or blow drying. Color services will include a shampoo in order to remove chemicals from hair and only a small front section will be blow dried for color checking.
All clients must wait outside until notified to enter the salon via text/call.
We are encouraging our clients to implement touchless payment services when possible (i.e.; PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, credit/debit cards etc.) If paying with cash, please bring exact cash payment.

To ensure proper sanitization, we will be blocking out 15 minutes between each client to fully sanitize our entire station and tools before moving onto the next client.

Haircut Appointments
Please arrive with freshly washed hair
All clients will be required to wash their hair at home before arriving for their appointment. Try to maintain as much moisture in your hair until you arrive at the salon. If hair has dried before appointment, a spray bottle will be used to re-wet your hair for the service. Each client will be given a disposable face mask to be worn during your appointment, then draped with a new smock/cape which will be disposed of after each appointment. Haircuts will be performed as usual, unfortunately, blow drying will not be provided unless it’s required for specific pre-approved haircuts.

Color Appointments
Please arrive with dry hair
All clients, please arrive with dry hair for any color appointment. Each client will be given a disposable face mask to be worn during your appointment, then draped with a new smock/cape which will be disposed of after each appointment. Color will be applied and processed as usual. Shampoo will be provided as well as all color services that usually occur at the bowl (toner, shadow roots, etc.). Blow drying will be limited to one front section, strictly to check color.


Blow Drying, Styling, Brazilian Blowouts

Unfortunately these types of services have been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Pricing
Due to these new regulations, the cost to operate has increased on our end because of the added supplies required for each appointment. In response to this, instead of adding a sanitation fee to all services, we are continuing to honor the same price point as before the Covid-19 Lockdown. We realize the elimination of shampoos and blow drying will result in a shorter appointment time and removes parts of the service that we love so dearly. With that being said, doing so allows us to properly sanitize in between each client while still being efficient with our time and allowing us to get all of you in our chairs as soon as possible. We hope that you understand that these changes are not done by choice, but by law. We appreciate your cooperation and continuous support. Please understand, your first color appointment back may accrue an additional color fee to offset the additional product fee on our end. All pricing will be discussed during your consultation prior to any services being rendered.

Please remember, these changes are temporary. We hope sooner than later we will be able to return to business as usual and return to being able to provide all the relaxing luxury aspects of our services. Until then, we look forward to seeing all of you and providing what services we can during this time.
