WHEN: Saturdays at 8 am
WHERE: Burbank’s Brace Park, meet at the corner of Crest Ridge and Brace Canyon
WHO: A growing group of fierce and friendly women getting their sweat on
COST: Suggested donation $10-20

By definition, it’s boot camp, but don’t let the name intimidate you. It’s not a hard-core, paramilitary workout. It’s designed for ALL SKILL LEVELS, it’s adaptable, it’s playful, it’s challenging without being punishing.

It’s a little Jack LaLanne, a lot of encouragement and a ton of fun. And no one will get up in your grill and scream like a crazy person.

First things to know about Body Blast Boot Camp: it's modeled after military circuits and drills, but NO ONE will scream at you. Plus, all skill levels are welcome. It's a donation-based workout, making it even more accessible.

The way I run this class: it's a little Jack LaLanne, a lot of encouragement and a ton of fun.

WHO: Some fierce and friendly chicks getting after it ‼️

While boot camp has a hard-core paramilitary rep, the truth is the format can be anything you want or need it to be.

Here's my approach to circuit training: it's designed for ALL SKILL LEVELS, it's adaptable, it's playful, it's challenging without being intimidating. And it's accessible in yet another way: it's a donation-based workout ($10-20 suggested).
