Unfortunately I had to make some changes due to the high increase in client no show and same day cancellations. Moving forward I am now requiring a 50% deposit when booking. If a client cancels within the 24 hour window a refund will be issued or put towards the rescheduled appointment. If a client no shows the full amount will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
