Good news Cabot WW members! We are back to our 8:30 weigh in time beginning Saturday April 24th. Still at the Cabot Library Community Room (door closest to Sears). Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

Meeting status update: currently meeting at the Cabot Library in the Community Room (door closest to Sears) on Saturday at 3:00. Will check Peak Center repairs in the morning and update if there is any news.

Hi friends. I know it is a very stressful time and I am so sorry that we aren’t able to meet in person. But we are still with you and here to help. For now, until we can meet again in person please go to your WW app and go to connect. It is the app with the 3 people icon. Click on browse groups. In the search bar type in AR workshops. Click on Little Rock studio. All central AR workshops are included there. In the Little Rock connect group you will see the top pinned post that has our virtual schedule and a link you can click to join. That is it. It should bring you right into the group.

Hey guys - take a look at the screen shot just posted. WW international is cancelling all in-person meetings from 3/16 to 4/4. You should be receiving official notification soon. You will have access to a virtual meeting - watch for additional info.

The Cabot WW meetings will continue as normal. The senior center closing does not affect us!! See you there!!

Hello everyone!! Hate to do this but we have to cancel the WW workshop on Saturday 8 December at the Cabot Sr. Center. The Santa Run 5k is scheduled to leave at the same time as our meeting. There won't be parking and there's a possibility that the street will be closed.
Back to normal schedules on December 15th. Remember there's also a Tuesday workshop at the same location.
