The past few weeks have filled my heart in every way! IVs at BREW YAYA Kitchen + Coffee, the sweetest flowers from a client, so much love and support from this little community I’m blessed to serve.
In the middle of it all, I got to step away for my girl… her field trip, her field day, those little moments that remind me why balance matters so much. I also pushed hard toward my goals and I’m telling you, the Spectrum Light Bed and Cryo were a game changer. If you haven’t stopped by AR Refresh Wellness in Cabot or Sherwood, you are truly missing out!

I’ll be stepping away May 15–19 taking a few days to rest, breathe, and reset before summer gets busy.
