We think of summer as spending a lot of time with friends and family. . . Kids are out of school, camping, family reunions, road trips . . . All so good . . . But don’t forget to squeeze in some self care , too. Massage is a great way to relax, ease sore muscles, and generally feel better overall. Enjoy the summer with family, or without.
Now that the celebrations and festivities are over, it's time to relax with a peaceful massage.
This year, America celebrates 250 years since the Declaration of Independence.
Fun fact: July 4 wasn't actually the day America voted for independence—that happened on July 2, 1776. The Declaration explaining why was adopted on July 4, which became the date we celebrate.
