Oven Fried Chicken Legs❤ 😍
Ingredients
• 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
• 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 4-5 dashes of hot sauce
• 1/2 C. all purpose flour
• 1 tsp. cornstarch
• 5-6 chicken legs
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1 T. pickle juice
• 1 C. buttermilk
• 1 T. veg. oil
• 1 T. butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk together the buttermilk, pickle juice and hot sauce. Place the chicken in a leak proof container and pour the buttermilk mixture over the chicken and place in the fridge for 2 hours. Using a ziploc bag combine the flour, ranch mix and seasonings. Place the oil and butter in the bottom of a large iron skillet and place in the oven. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees allowing the oil and butter to heat up as the oven preheats. Once the oil is good and hot remove the skillet and take each chicken leg and shake it in the flour mixture and using tongs to remove, shake off excess flour and place in the skillet. You will here it sizzle a little, repeat with remaining chicken. Place back in the oven for 35-45 minutes, rotating the chicken about every 10 minutes to brown on all sides. Cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken legs you are using, just check with a meat thermometer to reach 160 degrees. Remove the chicken to a paper sack or towel lined plate. Let rest 5 minutes before serving

Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Soup😍

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp butter
1/2 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 lb ground beef
4 small slices bacon
1/4 cup chopped
1 tbsp marinara sauce (we use Raos)
1 tsp dijon mustard
3/4 cups stock
1/4 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup heavy
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the butter to a soup pan.
Toss in onion and garlic - cook for 2-3 mins
Add the ground beef and bacon, cook until golden brown (set aside 1 slice of bacon, chopped for garnish)
Add the chopped tomatoes, marinara sauce, dijon mustard, beef stock, salt and pepper and bring to the boil.
Simmer in low/medium heat until thicken - around 15mins.
Add the cream cheese, cheddar (leave a tablespoonful for garnish and chopped parsley.
Mix well until the cheese melts. Pour the heavy cream, simmer for around 2-3 mins
Season to taste
Put into bowls and garnish with bacon, cheddar cheese and parsley. Serve while hot!

Keto Choco Fudge Cream Cheese Swirl🥰

Brownie batter
1 cup flour
⅔ cup cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅔ cup granulated Monkfruit
3 eggs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup Lily’s dark choc chips
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Cheesecake batter
1 cup cheese
1 egg
¼ cup powdered Monkfruit
¾ tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350
Brownie Batter
Add almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, sweetener and mix well
In a separate bowl, add , melted butter and Hwc, stir in the chocolate chips last
Cheesecake batter
Place the cream cheese, monkfruit, egg and vanilla into a mixing bowl and blend with an electric mixer until combined.
Add brownie batter to your prepared baking tin. Save about 4 tbsp.
Add cheesecake batter into the gaps and gently shake the pan to self level. Add the 4 tbsp of reserved batter to the top. Using a toothpick (or fork) swirl the batters together. Don’t over swirl to achieve a nice swirl effect
Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes until the edges are cooked. Dont overbake
Remove from the oven and allow to fully cool to firm up before slicing.

Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1 lb Brussel Sprouts
8 Strips of Bacon
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 package MCT//143 (If you have it)
and Pepper to taste
Directions:
(You will need 2 baking sheets)
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
*Cut the ends off of each Brussel Sprout and halve them. [You can cut into quarters if they are too big.]
*Put Brussel Sprouts in in large bowl and toss with Grapeseed , salt and pepper (to taste).
*Spread them evenly over a greased baking sheet.
*Bake for about 30 minutes total. Make sure to keep an eye on them.
*Halfway through, rotate the brussel sprouts so they evenly on both sides.
*While brussel sprouts are baking, line up bacon strips on a separate baking sheet.
*Place in oven with Brussel Sprouts and bake for 15-20 minutes or your desired level of crispiness.
*When bacon is cooked thoroughly, remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
*Once cooled, chop Bacon strips into half-inch sized pieces and place in large bowl
*When Brussel Sprouts have shriveled and started to blacken, remove them from oven.
*Add Brussel Sprouts and MCT//143 to bowl with Bacon and toss.
