Five years ago, this photo was taken just before Cloud City Supply opened its doors.

The shelves weren’t full yet. We didn’t have awards on the wall. We didn’t know exactly what the future would hold.

What we did have was a vision.

I didn’t start Cloud City because I wanted to win awards.
I started it because I believed cannabis deserved a different conversation - one rooted in education, compassion, and community. I wanted to create a place where people felt comfortable asking questions, learning, and discovering how cannabis could improve their lives, free from judgment or stigma.

Five years later, I’m incredibly honored by the recognition Cloud City has received. Every award is meaningful because it reflects the trust our customers have placed in us and the dedication of an amazing team that shares this mission every single day.

But the accomplishments I’m most proud of can’t be displayed on a shelf.

They’re the first-time customer who finally felt comfortable walking into a dispensary. The conversations that helped someone find relief. The community events, blood drives, partnerships, and relationships we’ve built along the way. The opportunity to help shift perceptions about cannabis through education, one person at a time.

Looking back at that first photo, I’m grateful for how far we’ve come - but even more excited about where we’re going.

To everyone who has supported Cloud City Supply over the past five years: Thank you for believing in our mission. You have helped build something truly special, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Here’s to continuing to learn, educate, serve our community, and raise the standard for what this industry can be.
