Giving you a heads up with more firm photos on the way

I know I've been away,but I've been dealing with going through the change starting a business. I haven't forgotten anybody. After the new year I'll start posting and videos. I'm back.

I'm going to quit the 90-day program. I'll still do the firm workouts right now I have to take of my mom.

My first morning workout was today. I enjoyed it.

I also walked today. I'm doing that til the weather gets cold add it to my firm workout.
