Actually… that’s usually not what’s happening.
Hair grows in 3 stages:
🌱 Anagen (Growth Phase)
The hair is actively growing and attached deep in the follicle. This is the best stage for waxing.
🌿 Catagen (Transition Phase)
The hair stops growing and begins detaching from its blood supply.
🍃 Telogen (Resting Phase)
The hair rests beneath the skin before shedding and starting a new growth cycle.
The reason you may notice hair a few days after your appointment is because not every hair was in the same growth stage when you were waxed. As hairs that were resting beneath the skin begin to surface, it can seem like your hair is growing back immediately.
The good news? This is completely normal.
✨ This is why consistency matters.
When you:
• Wax every 4-6 weeks
• Stop shaving completely
• Stay on schedule
Your hair cycles begin to sync after about 3-4 appointments:
• Hair grows back slower
• Hair becomes finer and softer
• Results last longer
• Ingrown hairs decrease
• Appointments become easier and more comfortable

From the floor mirror for your post-facial glow photos, to the drink bar, snacks, chargers, and aftercare essentials, I wanted this space to feel comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for every client who walks through my door.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve poured so much love into bringing this vision to life, and seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding. More than anything, I’m proud of creating a space that feels like an extension of Skin Bliss Co., cozy, peaceful, and somewhere you can truly relax and feel cared for.

TWO YEARS OF SKIN BLISS CO. 🤍✨
It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am to be celebrating another year of doing what I love.
When I started Skin Bliss Co., I had big dreams, but I never could have imagined all of the incredible clients, friendships, opportunities, and growth that would come from it. Every appointment booked, referral shared, review written, and conversation had in my treatment room has helped shape this business into what it is today.
This year has already brought so many exciting changes, including relocating into a new space and continuing to grow in ways I once only dreamed about. As I step into my third year of business, I’m feeling incredibly thankful, motivated, and excited for what’s ahead.
To every client who has trusted me with your skin, supported my small business, cheered me on, and been part of this journey, thank you. Truly. None of this would be possible without you.

If you’ve been seeing Korean lash lifts all over social media, you might be wondering what makes them different.
Contrary to what many people think, it’s not necessarily about using completely different products. it’s about the technique. Korean lash lifting focuses on precision, lash placement, and creating an ultra-clean lift right from the base of the lash. The result? A beautifully lifted, eye-opening effect that can work especially well for short, straight, stubborn, coarse, or downward-growing lashes.
I’ve been incorporating this technique into my lash lift services and have been absolutely loving the results. Every set has come out soft, lifted, and beautifully defined while still maintaining the health of the natural lashes.

Lash lift + tint aftercare is everything when it comes to keeping your lashes healthy, fluffy, and lifted for as long as possible ✨
Here are a few tips to help your results last:
• Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours
• Avoid steam, saunas, hot showers, and excess heat for 24 hours
• Skip mascara for the first day, do not use water proof mascara
• After a few days, start using a nourishing lash serum or oil. Use a small amount a few nights a week *my fav is jojoba oil & vitamin E mixed together*
• Gently brush through your lashes each morning with a spoolie
• Rebook every 6–8 weeks to keep your lashes looking fresh and lifted
A lash lift + tint appointment typically takes around 1 hour 15 minutes. Every lash set is different, and giving them the proper processing time is key for the best results 🤍
