Hello and Good Morning to the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area ... The main difference between balayage color and highlights is that highlights use foil while balayage does not, resulting in different hair coloring effects.
If you want long-lasting hair color results, balayage color (in my opinion) is the better solution.
