Most of the time you see very long hair transformations on my page… but every now and then I love doing something completely different. ✂️

No two clients are the same, and no two days behind the chair are ever identical.

Here we went from short to even shorter with a bold, cheeky haircut that still keeps a soft, playful, and feminine touch. Paired with a fresh new color, the whole look feels modern, confident, and full of personality.

I love playing with hair and creating looks that are as unique as the people sitting in my chair. 😊✨

Sometimes the most beautiful wedding mornings are the ones you didn’t plan.

Last Saturday I styled a lovely bride whom I met for the very first time that morning. The only thing I had beforehand was one inspiration photo for the hairstyle and a lot of trust.

The booking happened very spontaneously just two days before the wedding. I stepped in to support another hairstylist while she was taking care of the flower girls.

The goal was to create a very romantic look that would still hold up for a beach wedding: soft, elegant, and able to withstand wind, humidity, and a long day full of emotions.

Everything worked out so smoothly, and the collaboration Summer Evans was wonderful. Experiences like this remind me how special teamwork in the wedding industry can be.

Sometimes many factors come together at once 🫣 and that’s when a hairstylist’s mind simply has to work.🤪

In this case, the starting point was anything but ordinary:
natural curls, a percentage of gray hair, and an existing toner/color in the front area.
And of course, there is always the most important factor: the client’s wish.
Not every goal can be achieved 100% immediately, especially when several carefully coordinated processes are needed to ensure the hair is not damaged or overstressed.

My focus is always on the bigger picture:
✔ creating a healthy foundation
✔ achieving realistic, sustainable results
✔ and a look that can be maintained long-term with minimal effort.

Because only when product choice, technique, and aftercare work together perfectly,
everyone shines in the end:

GRAY TRANSITION 🩶
The hardest part of going back to your natural color is usually the grow-out phase.
To make sure it still looks polished in between, the right mix of highlights and lowlights makes all the difference, paired with the right toner and proper care.
Natural, effortless, and easy to maintain.

Warm chocolate melt with caramel ribbons 🤎
The goal was more shine and better color harmony.
I added soft highlights with subtle face framing for a natural, effortless look.
Finished with Paul Mitchell Tea Tree and Kemøn Yo Cond to seal the color and add healthy shine.
