What is Lomi Lomi?

Mimicking the waves of the ocean, this rhythmic, fluid, traditional Hawaiian massage will leave you feeling nourished, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Lyn uses warm organic coconut oil, hot stones, and incorporates abdominal work in this ritualistic treatment.

Strokes are broad, using forearms, palms, elbows; hula steps and breathwork are also incorporated, working to detox and bring harmony and balance from within.

Deeper work includes joint mobility, pin and stretch (a deep tissue massage and stretching technique) and traction.
