Before we immersed ourselves in the healing vibrations of our Tibetan bowl sound bath with , we began with something beautifully simple… a deep breath of pure Lavender. 💜
As we inhaled the aroma from our hands, you could feel everyone’s shoulders soften, their breath deepen, and any worries begin to melt away. It became an invitation to let go of expectations, quiet the mind, and gently open the heart to whatever healing was ready to unfold. 🧘🏼♀️
