Never have I been to any event that brought tears to my eyes until now. Proud…… is an understatement! Knowing all he put into this and the sacrifices. And to do it with him every step. And seeing it all come together and unfold into everything he hoped for. This is just something you have to experience yourself because the feelings are so powerful, relieving and rewarding. Overcoming and draining. And last but not least… hair raising all wrapped up in one!!! Zion skipped the teen division and at 18 years old and took 1st in his Novice class and 1st in his open class. Went to battle for the overall trophy twice but fell short. But all in all a big step up from his 1st show where he placed 4th. And to share the same stage with him was a true blessing!! I’m super proud and excited for his future!! I love you Zion!! Let’s Go!!

What can I say for my 1st time competing Classic Physique that was so much fun and so much WORK!!! I always want to know how I stack up even at 54 yrs old but there was only 2 of us so the placing of 2nd place ….. it is what it is. was to this date the most fun I’ve had since starting competing. is a real force in natural bodybuilding and a person who radiates good positive energy!! I am more than grateful to say I got to stand next to that dude! Getting to compete with my son and him pulling off two 1st place victories and getting to battle for the overall trophy twice……this whole event is a rare spectacle of events all wrapped up in one. God is great and he has blessed me and my family. Thanks to my wife who is our biggest supporter and loudest cheerleader!!! 📣 thanks to everyone who supported us and to those who came to watch and support.

I have the privilege this weekend of going to battle with my son as we compete on the same stage. God has truly blessed me to still be able to do this at this age and I’m grateful to God to be able to experience this with him at this level. May God receive all the Glory! Just came off of a 3 day fast. Spiritually reset!! Let’s Grind

3 years ago this is where I started. I’ve been grinding with my son now the entire time and this is what I have transformed into. My legs still need a lot of work but I’m more than happy with the development that has gone into them. Not bad for being 54 years of age. Let’s keep it going ol’ Man!!!

Been away from the stage for 3 years now. And at 54 I’m bringing a better version of me. I go into my workouts with the mindset of ……I have to work them…. I can’t let them work ME! …… diet is slowly creeping in…BL10
