My name is Liz, and I am the owner of Liz Martin Academy. 🤍

I have been in the beauty industry for well over 27 years and counting.
I received my licensed right before I graduated high school, and knew exactly what I wanted as my career.

After 16 years , I started to realize that being behind the chair was taking a toll on my back, I decided to look into getting my instructors license, which was always a passion of mine. It was the BEST decision I made.

I became an instructor at a school where I was not only a student but also a teacher, due to the amount of experience I had under my belt. I was never fond of cutting hair so I was very inclined to the BEAUTY side which included face, skin, and makeup. That’s when the game changed for me.
I retired doing hair completely to focus on SKIN. I was asked to help open an Esthetics program and help co-direct it.
From that school I had the amazing opportunity to be introduced to Bella Lash and became an educator through that experience.

Two years ago I was at the peak of my career, I was working at a large franchise beauty school as an Esthetic Educator and outgrew the environment but knew that my passion and mission remained the same to help empower women and help them succeed within the industry.
You know as an educator what type of impact you have within the students, especially when you work in a Beauty School.

I opened Liz Martin Academy with the hopes that if I can help a handful of girls then I have fulfilled my purpose.

I am happy and proud to say that I am a Bella Lash Educator under my own Academy now.

GOALS are attainable!!!
You have want to make them happen and you have to be patient because they don’t happen overnight💫.
