I hope you all have a very merry and safe Christmas! This year has been difficult for all of us but I just wanted to share my gratitude for all of your love and support! Couldn’t have done it without my amazing clients, friends and family. I love you all. 😘❤️😍

Hey everyone! I hope each of you is healthy and safe and know I miss you guys dearly.

Today we were given the news that we will remain closed until at least May 8th. I will begin contacting you in the order of your prior appointments that were cancelled and get you back on the books.

This note is to lay out how we are moving forward from here in the current state of our world. To meet the requirements of State Board of Cosmetology, as well as the safety of my clientele.

Once I begin seeing clients, the protocol is as follows and will remain in effect for the foreseeable future:

- Upon arrival, text “arrive” to 919-333-3158 then remain in your car. I will return a confirmation text “I’m ready” when my previous client exits, and I’ve disinfected my loft.

- Its advised for clients to wear a mask which attaches behind the ear (not tied around the back of your head).

- One person is permitted in the salon at a time and once you've entered my salon, you will not be allowed to leave until your service is complete. Due to the one-person rule, double-booking will not be allowed. Clients may be seen by appointment only, no walk ins. No one at this time is not permitted to sit in common areas in the salon. Please leave 6 feet of space between yourself and others when entering or leaving the salon.

- If you are sick, are not feeling up to par, or have been exposed to contagion, please text me and reschedule your appointment: 919-333-3158 (Let me add here - if at any time after I reopen, you have a question or need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please text me or use the online booking feature.)

My part in keeping you safe during this transition period will always be to wear a mask, keep my salon door closed to prevent unnecessary exposure to others, and disinfect my salon after each client. No one besides the client and loft owner are allowed in the loft. Salon Lofts' owners are sharing the responsibility to wipe down and spray door handles/knobs and keep the bathroom disinfected throughout the day.

I know this all seems tedious, but hopefully with careful steps put in place from the beginning, we will all come out on the other side of this pandemic healthy and sane. Please feel free to reach out for any hair advice about how to maintain your mane.
