She wanted a brighter & cooler toned blonde.
Not a honey blonde.

What do you do when this happens? Well in this instance I:
1. ���Didn’t take it personally.
2. ���Asked her what she wanted to see more/less of comparing her inspo and current hair color.
3. ���Spoke to her about what I could do to adjust her hair color to be closer to what she was looking for.
4. ���Offered to adjust her color, free of charge.
It turned out fantastic!

Brightened up her highlight (I used DDL), reformulated her toner, and thanked her for being willing to come back!

Clients can & will bring in an inspo photo/video.
The expectation is for us to get it exactly the same if not close to it.
Sometimes it doesn’t happen, we’re human & it’s art, but it’s not a failure when you have to pivot!
