I finished dinner after that one fold. Helping clients manage pain does have some sad work. Folding laundry is the worst part.

One of the two places I work with Clients in pain is the shoulders. Often from pain in the back and headaches!
The shoulder in so complex, often also injured at least once in life. To be able to use massage to show clients how much range they can move. To also lower the pain and help manage that as well is a deep love that I have.
The plan often comes with work for the pecs to help them relax in this world of looking at phones, books, and stress leave the poor person sore abd over worked.
