My truth.... I was diagnosed Severely Depressed and Bipolar 1 at 32 yrs old... was told I'd be on meds for the duration of my life. I would cry at the drop of a hat... I was missing my Dad on another level of missing someone... for 28 yrs... mind you he's been gone 42yrs of my life. I still miss him today, difference is I'm OK with death now. I understand better. It didn't happen until I chose to let my Dad rest and trust YAH more.

If you didn't know... Depression brings on Bipolarism. I saw red everyday... and I hurted even more because that meant my son caught the blunt of it all...

That medicine is the reason our people are walking around talking to themselves and become incapable of having a normal life. Hell I was about to run the 400 by myself and win and all they would choose to do is up the dosage when I'd tell them it makes me feel not myself...

The Psychiatrist told me Ma*****na does the same as the Meds and I needed to quit smoking... No pills for me Doc! I chose the latter. Go Holistically and to continuously talk to YAH... in that I have grown so much mentally since and have had no reason to turn back. But YAH!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Now you know why I smoke. 😁🤷🏾‍♀️
