One of the biggest misconceptions about injectables is the size of the needle. Most people imagine something much larger than what we actually use.
The truth? The needles used for most cosmetic injectables are incredibly small, treatments are usually quick, and most clients describe the discomfort as a tiny pinch that lasts just a few seconds.

Bruising can happen—and that’s completely normal. 🤍
Any time a needle enters the skin, there’s a chance it can nick a tiny blood vessel. When that happens, a bruise may form. It doesn’t mean anything was done incorrectly, and it doesn’t mean your treatment didn’t go as planned.
Some people are simply more prone to bruising than others. Factors like certain medications or supplements, alcohol, exercise immediately after treatment, and even your anatomy can increase the likelihood.
The good news? Bruising is temporary and typically fades within a few days to two weeks.
My goal is always to minimize bruising as much as possible through proper technique and aftercare—but sometimes it’s just part of the healing process.
