Herbalism isn’t just learning what an herb is “for.”
It’s growing it.
Harvesting it.
Making medicine with it.
Building relationship with it.
That is exactly what we do in the Essential Herbalism Foundations Program.
We begin June 7 and a few spots remain.
Registration link in bio or send me a DM so we can discuss if this program is right for you.

This year I did something new.
I took a part-time job at a garden center.
It has reminded me that growth doesn’t stop when we reach a certain age or stage of life.
There is always something new to learn.
What is something new you’re saying yes to this season?

Do you drink herbal tea?
Tea blending is one of the first lessons we learn on the Hands On Medicine Making Circle.
We also learn about why it is important to drink high mineral nourishing teas. And every month I create a tea blend for you to enjoy.
Are you ready to learn how to blend your own teas? Let’s chat and see if this course is right for you!

This program is especially for the woman who has been curious about herbs for years but hasn’t quite known where to begin.
The one with stacks of herb books beside her bed.
The one saving herbal posts and recipes.
The gardener who knows she feels better outside.
The mother wanting more natural ways to care for her family.
The woman longing for slower rhythms, deeper connection, and meaningful community.
You do not need to know everything to begin.
You do not need a perfect garden, a perfectly organized apothecary, or years of experience.
You simply need curiosity and a willingness to begin building relationship with the plants.
In the Essential Herbalism Foundations Program and Hands-on Medicine Circle, we learn through touch, taste, tea making, observation, medicine making, conversation, and time spent with the plants themselves.
We begin June 7 and only a few spots remain.
Feel free to message me with questions.

Calling all my plant lovers - join us for an evening to slow down and experience herbs and flowers in a new way. Bring cuttings from your own garden or we will have a great selection to choose from.
You will create a beautiful ceramic wall hanging as well as a fennel glycerite to ease digestive upset.
This will be an evening to connect with plants through touch, smell, sight and taste and to create a lasting memory of your garden.
More information and registration link can be found in my bio.

When I first began studying herbalism, I thought I needed to learn about every herb. Over time, I’ve discovered that herbal wisdom grows much deeper when we slow down and truly build relationship with a smaller number of plants.
In the Essential Herbalism Foundations Program, we spend time deeply getting to know 20 herbs - not just what they are “good for,” but how to work with them in daily life through tea, tinctures, medicine making, observation, and relationship.
The first five herbs we study are featured in the image above - plants that offer support for the nervous system, digestion, immunity, and everyday wellness.
There is something powerful about learning herbs in this way: touching them, tasting them, making medicine with your own hands, and discovering how they meet you personally.
Only a few spots remain in the next session beginning June 7. If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull toward the plants, I would love to welcome you into this circle of learning and community.
